Receive Your Tracking ID
When your shipment is confirmed, you receive a unique tracking ID in format RCL-YYYY-XXXXXX via email. This ID is also printed on your bill of lading and shipment confirmation documents. Keep it secure — it is your key to the live dashboard.

Enter your tracking ID on this page or through our mobile app. The dashboard displays real-time GPS coordinates, speed, heading, route progress, environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, vibration), and electronic seal integrity. Data refreshes every 30 seconds via satellite uplink.
Monitor Conditions
Our IoT sensor array continuously measures the cargo environment. Temperature, humidity, shock events, and tilt angles are all recorded and displayed. If any parameter exceeds your configured threshold, the system triggers an immediate alert. This is critical for temperature-sensitive specimens and vibration-sensitive materials.
Receive Milestone Alerts
Configure notifications for key events: departure confirmation, checkpoint arrivals, route deviations, security events, environmental threshold breaches, and final delivery. Alerts are delivered via SMS, email, or push notification to up to 5 designated contacts per shipment.
Download Audit Reports
After delivery, download a complete shipment report: full GPS track history, every environmental reading, all seal integrity checks, checkpoint logs, and chain of custody documentation. These reports are accepted by Lloyd's of London, LBMA, and major financial auditors for compliance purposes.
